Solution architect, product designer, and co-founder. I sit between AI model builders and the people who use the result — making complex systems usable for businesses and individuals.

Co-founder of Globsense. I run the platform — Linux host with Nginx and NATAPP tunnel, agent runtime across CLI / desktop / messaging gateways, memory and retrieval stack, Qwen / DeepSeek / Doubao model selection. Designer by training, technical operator by necessity.

  • Architect & operate the agent platform. Multi-surface runtime (CLI, desktop, messaging gateways) with plugin system, scheduled jobs, skill catalog, voice I/O. Memory and retrieval layer underneath: semantic search, relational memory, file-system brain, prompt-cache-aware compression. Benchmarked across Qwen, DeepSeek, Doubao for latency / cost / quality, tuned weekly.
  • Own the full client engagement loop. Discovery → scoping → live demo on the running platform → integration into Feishu, LMS, CRM, Bitable workflows → post-launch iteration. Direct line to operators, no middle layer — same loop available for new engagements.
  • Operate the deployment stack. Linux host with Nginx and NATAPP reverse-proxy tunnel (for China); portfolio and DNS on Vercel. Migrating fully to Alibaba Cloud — CV and core workloads already on Aliyun OSS + custom domain.
  • Run technical evangelism. Live demos on the platform for technical prospects; playbooks per integration; knowledge base; same-day follow-up.

Highlights: data-automation framework for fintech investor evaluation (50 min → 6 min loops); CRM overhaul for 100+ EdTech sales users; B2B inquiry architecture for global pharma sales-ops (+20–40% efficiency).
